Product ordered is processed within 1-2 days. Notifications will be sent (if email is provided) to alert throughout the process. Economy shipping is free for all orders. Any expedited shipping will be calculate at check out based on weight and destination.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

All Purchases may be returned, or exchanged, within 90 days. Here, at Fray'd, we seek to create a desirable product. However, if you are not satisfied for whatever reason, feel free to let us know. Items for returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Refunds for store credit include free 2-day shipping on the next order.

Refunds applied to credit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay will be deducted $5 for shipping and restocking. Such funds will only be applied to the credit card, PayPal account, or Apple Pay account used to make the original purchase.
